Royalty Free-For-All features original fighters based on timeless heroes and villains from the public domain, bringing an expressive twist and fun fighting abilities to classic names that will connect with players of all ages. Join Dorothy, Sweeney Todd, Mother Goose, and more, duking it out in a shared universe where Old MacDonald's, The Center of the Earth, The Hundred-Acre Wood, and other beloved settings come to life with a handmade watercolor art style brimming with personality.

Royalty Free-For-All is a true “pick up and play” experience where anyone can enjoy madcap brawls full of exciting combos and hilarious interactions thanks to its easy-to-learn controls. Light, Strong, and Special attacks can be executed with a single button press whether the player is on the ground or in midair for a total of six possible attacks with unique depth for dedicated players to learn their strategic ins-and-outs, plus a fast pace and familiar mobility techs for longtime platform fighting fans. Players will be able to take the multiplayer fun online thanks to the engine’s use of rollback netcode, which allows for smooth quick-play matches with random opponents and private lobbies with friends.

Royalty Free-For-All is in active development for PC and consoles. The game will be playable at the upcoming PAX West event in Seattle, August 30th to September 2nd, at booth 1432. Royalty Free-For-All™ is brought to life by AAAA Games, a brand new indie studio focusing on hand-drawn entertainment. It is created by Colin McIsaac, featuring the talents of Lead Animator Ivan Boivin, Programmer Chris Fratta, Environmental Artist Brian Scheid, and the musical stylings of Chapman Hammond with soloists Niilo Sirola on banjo and Marc Papeghin on brass, for the music featured in the trailer.
